C A N C E L L A T I O N A N D S T U D I O P O L I C I E S
At The Studio Collective, we value your time and appreciate that you value ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
- Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the booked service.
- Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and it may be treated as a late cancellation.
- Deposits
All Extension services require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which helps in providing the best possible service to every client.
