C A N C E L L A T I O N   A N D    S T U D I O    P O L I C I E S

Since we realize how easy it is to forget appointments, all appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance via email and/or text. Cancellations or appointment changes made at least ONE business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and is greatly appreciated.

*Services listed online and in the studio reflect our cash price. Our regular pricing includes a 3.99% non-cash adjustment for credit card and debit card transactions. We offer savings at the point of sale when using cash for your transactions. 

*If three appointments are missed with less than 24-hours notice given, we may require a credit card number to be kept on file. A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be applied to the card on file for cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.

*If you No Call/No Show as a FIRST TIME GUEST, we require a $25 dollar NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in order to schedule another appointment.

*Keratin Smoothing and Extension Consultation appointments have a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required upon scheduling.

*Hair Consultation appointments have a 100% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required upon scheduling.

*Corrective Color Appointments have a $75 dollar NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required upon scheduling. In the event a cancellation is necessary, your deposit(s) will remain on your account and may be used to purchase any other services ONLY at the studio collective; 940 Portage Trail.

*Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice and No Call/No Shows are subject to loss of deposit.
